What we collect
Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, request access to guides, or buy Full Access. Your first name and food concept if you share them in our forms. Payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
What we use it for
Sending you the content you asked for: guides, purchase access links, and the newsletter. Answering your support emails. That is the whole list.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent lists. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Who touches your data
Stripe processes payments. Kit (our email provider) stores newsletter subscriptions and sends our emails. Vercel hosts this site and produces standard server logs. Each of these has its own privacy policy and security practices.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. If you want your data deleted entirely, email support@foodtruckacademy.co and we will remove you from our systems and confirm when it is done.
